Summer's bounty deserves showcasing, and a salsa board for a gathering is the perfect way.

While there is no "recipe" to follow, an inspiration blueprint helps get the creative (and foodie) juices flowing!

SUGGESTED "INGREDIENTS"

• Red tomato-based salsa (like Seaside Grown or Charleston's Own)
• Salsa verde
• Corn salsa
• Mango salsa
• Guacamole
• Tortilla chips
• Veggie sticks (carrots, bell peppers, celery, cucumbers)

ACCOMPANIMENTS

• Lime wedges
• Cilantro leaves
• Sliced jalapeños
• Crumbled queso fresco or feta
• Sour cream or Mexican crema
• Chopped onions
• Hot Sauce (like Lillie's Lowcountry Loco or Red Clay Original)

How-To Assemble

• Start with a solid board (or two!) like a Landrum reclaimed board.
• Place small bowls or ramekins on the board, leaving space between them for the dippers and accompaniments.
• Fill each bowl with a different salsa.
• Arrange tortilla chips and veggies around the board.
• Add lime wedges, cilantro leaves, and sliced jalapeños in small sections on the board.
• Place crumbled queso fresco or feta in a small bowl or sprinkle around the salsas.
• Add a bowl of sour cream or Mexican crema.
• Add a bowl of chopped onions.
• Add decorative elements like small succulents or chili peppers to make the board pop.

EASY DIY

You can make an easy Pico de Gallo by mixing fresh diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro, lime juice, salt!
